anyone know what this packet is looking like? i dont understand the field 266 part he 'exploited' to make this error messy out

i have vairation sof the DC packet jammer shared with chandler early this year..
and i have made one with help of -ex-
kinda different, but AE266AE part is plain in the packet..idk..any clues?

so i thought of sniffing 2666 1BRB, BUT IDK HOW TO READ AND CONVERT packets sniffed like that yet, but if anyone can or know of aprogram that sniffs yahoo packets and and converts to something like above would be helpful

there was a program back in the day it just auto converted packets for you it was a nifty lil prog i cant remember what its called any more.

I think it's yahoo protocol assistant munk....i got that but it's red all over in scan...
